The plan for the day is to catch the southbound parade from Jacksonville.
I head for Titusville and find nothing and hear nothing, I head south to
scout some decent spots. First in line is 101 a little bit behind schedule
through Cocoa with the ex UP SD40-2.
I have time to reach Melbourne in the middle of rush hour before 105
lead by a trio of GP60s catches up with me.
It is now getting late. A thick haze has gotten the light level to
a bare minimum to take photos earlier than normal. I head back to
Titusville, where 107 catches me by surprise in the downtown area.
After 107, the signal is quickly back to green; I am thinking 117 is
close behind. Sunset comes and goes and still no 117. In the meantime,
I headed north and decide to stop at Oak Hill at a nice open space. 117
finally comes, and I decide to shoot anyway.
