OPERATIONS CSX Radium Springs Coal Train Albany, Ga; March 1999. After a long weekend at
the Albany train show operating a time saver layout, I get rewarded Sunday
evening. CSX with some nice power came down from Oglethorpe, Ga on the
NS line to Albany to pick the empty Radium Springs coal train from the
old ACL yard.
Albany, Ga; September 2000. The Radium Springs coal train comes down Montezuma on the NS (Central
Of Georgia) line. The lead engine, CSX 155 Dash 9-44CWAC goes by the Central
Of Georgia office.
It then goes through the NS yard. The Hilton local on the right has
not been back from its run for very long. The yard switcher in the center
is finishing up.
Then it goes across the Flint River bridge, and into the old ACL yard.
